INT-MATRIX NIGHTCLUB

(We now look around the Matrix nightclub complex,  located in Station
Square,  and the masses of crowds inside its four clubs. The camera 
now focuses in on the Goddess club, which draws a generally younger
crowd for its top 40 music. Next,  we look in on Kevin and Brenda, a
couple in their 20s who are wearing causal club attire and seem to
be enjoying themselves in all the reverie. Their lips are moving, 
but thanks to the atmosphere we can barely hear them.)

SWITCH TO:

INT-PARKING GARAGE-STATION SQUARE-NIGHT

TRACKING SHOT:

KEVIN & BRENDA

(We now see the couple approach their car.)

                 KEVIN
               (enthused)

       Didn't I tell you this was a kick-ass club?

                 BRENDA

       Yeah...and now I believe you. But all that dancing in
there has kicked MY ass. I'm ready to go home and get back to 
classes tomorrow.

(The camera view now switches to one from behind the couple, as 
if it's stalking the duo. Suddenly,  it strikes,  as it sneaks up
behind Kevin and starts to choke him, lifting him up in the air
as it does so. Kevin is pulled back and starts gasping for air. 
Brenda turns around and is shocked-Kevin seems to be turning 
blue,  but he's the only one there. She starts screaming.)

       Oh my GOD! Kevin...what's going on?

                 KEVIN
              (struggling)

       Bren...get...help!         

(Doing as asked,  Brenda runs out of the garage to find an 
attendant. Seconds after she does so,  the unknown assailant
does something which we cannot see,  but the result can be-
blood pouring out of a wound in Kevin's midsection. The 
assailant dumps the body where it lies-and we follow them
as the camera pans away to see a lifeless Kevin slowly dying
in the garage. A familiar voice can be heard as the assailant
is nearly out of the facility.)

                 MARCIE

       Another person who won't disrespect me ever again.

       Even though thousands of slayers now walk the earth, 
they are not the only ones working to keep the planet safe 
from the forces that might befall it. These are the stories 
of two such people. Together with their allies, and working        
outside of the public eye,  they fight to keep humanity safe.
They are known as the Lone Wolves.
